Masters Project Consultant

  • Co-designed a three-part strategy for the client’s Education team and One Water Initiative to improve the impact of climate education resources for New York City educators for my final master’s project.
  • Designed and conducted a utilization-focused and participatory program evaluation, consisting of a Qualtrics survey and a workshop, and drafted marketing materials to recruit survey and workshop participants.
  • Designed and co-facilitated a 90-minute workshop with 45 local educators at the NYC Department of Education’s Winter Climate Institute, informing them about the project and obtaining feedback.
  • Researched and applied a place-based pedagogy to support project team members in developing 10 locally relevant climate change lesson plans and 3 in-school Climate Action Day challenges.
